Most of your experience with a publishing partner happens after
the contract is signed. That can mean making a critical decision with
only limited information--a few samples, a promise for a set royalty
often
without an in-person meeting.
At Showcase Publishing, we think the best barometer of our work is
not only our finished product but what our clients (and their members)
think, say and feel throughout.
A handwritten note from an advertiser to one Showcase Publishing
advertising executive reads:
"Bob,
I wanted to thank you for you and your company's patience, understanding
and kindness in helping Southtowns Financial Group into the South
Buffalo Chamber's Directory. Only working a half-day the past few
weeks did not give me the time to go in to our network and browse
around for artwork; however, you were truly accommodating.
I ran into the Executive Director of the chamber and she speaks
very highly of you. I echo her words and beyond. Thank you again.
I truly appreciate your help, as does the staff of Southtowns Financial
Group."
Nick Heidinger, Manager
Southtowns Financial Group
A letter of appreciation from a chamber client to Showcase Publishing's
Managing Director:
"
The project was complex. However, from the beginning
our Showcase Publishing project manager was very conscientious, easy
to work with and sensitive to our needs. The finished product was
very professional and to our complete specifications.
We are well satisfied. It was a pleasure working with you."
Kathy Konst, President/CEO
Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce
